Ha…I can *so* relate…except now my daughter’s gotten big enough that the computer is too distracting; looks like solitary confinement during nursing for me!

I am GO happy my babe is used to me working at the computer. She will be 2 this month & she will just nurse & fall asleep. Blogging time for me is breakfast, nap time (where she will sleep on me like that for an hr – 1.5hrs) and when the three go to bed.

I love the little pink toes peeking up
My 4 year old will sit on my lap . . . but then he starts clicking while I type which makes for interesting combinations!

You know i didnt even notice her toes peeking up
— she often kicks her legs until she falls asleep.
& the clicking would make me cranky
i hate repetitive noises
that is me all the time LOL!! How else can I get something done when I have a 7 week old? Speaking of which, she just woke up.

I’ve got my eye on the cup. This is how I fried many a keyboard. Nursing make you thirsty, nearby cup gets knocked by child coming on or off breast, fluid floods keyboard and that’s all she wrote.

I dont know what i would do without the computer there. i am trapped under a sleeping baby for 1.5hrs (min) a day now & it was WAY more when she was tiny.

Oh my…this makes me so nostalgic. I nursed both my babies for over a year (they are now 11 and 13 – gulp) and the blog post before my last one was all about how tempted I am to have another round of children.
Two more babies more than a decade after my first two. Sounds smart, right? Or insane.
Still. This picture makes me long to have those days back.
