I love french onion soup. I have not had it in over 4 years and this week we are all sick here with the flu so I thought I would adapt my favourite french onion soup recipe into gluten free so we could all enjoy. It was incredible. I ate too much and I will for sure be making it again.
With only a few modifications I was able to take this typical gluten containing soup and make it safe for us to eat and man, it was so good.
