I did a reader survey a while back and one of the biggest things i learned from that is that i dont talk about who I am enough. You read about my parenting styles and gluten free lifestyle but i don’t really talk too much about my day to day stuff on here. Mostly because i think i am a boring person – i really am – but i thought i would let you guys get to know me a bit more. For those who have been reading for a while some of these random things are not new – but hopefully you will learn a few new things
1. I love dubstep music. LOVE it. I can not sit still to that music & i could listen to it for hours and hours. I’m not really a huge fan of any other genre of electronic music but the dubstep i love.
2. I love tattoos. Like LOVE them. If i wasn’t overly concerned with how I looked I would be covered head to toe in them. I have had so many people tell me that “I dont look like the type of person who would have tattoos” and i think that is why i like them so much. I even did my first VLOG with me getting a tattoo!
What i havent talked about yet is that i also love piercings. Almost as much. I used to have more then i do – currently I only have my ears and tongue pierced. I had to take my navel piercing out when i was pregnant with Big P & the ultrasound people kept going crazy at me telling me that i needed to take it out – so i did. My other piercing – a “down there” one i had through all births without having to remove it. I love it but had to take it out about a year ago. Not because it was bothering me or growing out or anything but because i had to get MRI’s done every 6 weeks for a while I didnt like having to take it out and put it back in and couldn’t find a plastic ring to hold it’s place. One day i will get it redone.
3. When I was pregnant I had weird cravings. When I was pregnant with Big P i ate green coleslaw and dr pepper. As in Dr. Pepper right in the coleslaw mixed together and eaten. I dont know why but i just HAD to do it. With Princess R I ate chili cheese donuts. Glazed donut covered in chili and cheese. Again weird right?! With Baby E all i wanted was carrots – i couldn’t eat much with her pregnancy.
4. I used to play baseball when I was younger. From like 5 years old until i was gosh – 14 or 15. I always played back catcher and loved to play. I remember going to this competition called Run, Throw & Hit — where you compete to see who can do each one the best, furthest or fastest. I was so proud that I beat both of my brothers in the throwing competition – I had a good arm!
