Happy Lazy Sunday Everyone! Well, lazy for me. Can you believe that I had a wonderful date night last night with the husband AND the kids slept in this morning?! I know – twilight zone right?! Since my brain is in lala twilight zone due to time off from the kids and a sleep in – today’s post will be a bunch of random things all about me. . .
- I hate chicken. I will eat it if its heavily gluten free breaded & deep fried or covered in sauce but not otherwise
- I usually always wear one sock in the house. One sock. Why? Cause I hate feet – especially when feet touch my feet – even my own
- I can not medially drive – so I walk everywhere. Not looking forward to the winter!
- I eat macaroni (like mac & cheese) with a spoon. My husband has always made fun of me for this because he adamantly feels it should be eaten with a fork.
- I stuff Kleenex up my nose when I have a cold. Why? I hate when my nose is plugged & if i can trick myself into thinking it’s plugged because there’s tissue up there – i am happier.
- My shoe size is 7/8. So is my moms. She has a bigger shoe collection then I do and it is very handy to have the same shoe size.
- I get ridiculously excited for my birthday. I hate getting older but I love the “it’s all about me” thing.
- I grew up as a vegetarian. There are still some meats i will never try & many I have no idea how to cook.

I don't drive, and I live in the suburbs of Pennsylvania, so I can't walk anywhere and we don't have access to Public Transportation. I'm 27, and I really know I need to buck up and learn to drive, but I've already put it off for 11 years…
Also, when I'm anxious, I rub my feet together. I've always done it, and apparently my mom does it too. My dad always called it her "happy feet." My 20 month old daughter does the same thing, and has since she was only about 6 months old. It's really weird!
Samantha.
That feet thing sounds interesting. not going to lie – creeps me out a bit but ONLY because i really, really hate feet.
Nice to get to know you better
♥
I do the tissue up the nose thing to help me sleep when I am sick. Otherwise the plugged nose starts dripping and it's all uncomfortable.
Nolie:
I have heard other people use the "dripping nose" for the reason for the tissue. I think that makes sense. I have yet to find someone who does it for the same reverse psychology reason i do it… im a weirdo!
Good getting to know you better ♥
I can't sleep with my mouth open. If I can't breathe through my nose, I can't sleep. When I was little I read somewhere that humans eat who knows how many spiders in our lives mostly because they crawl into our mouths at night. It still freaks me out, even if it may or may not be true? So, to this day I cannot sleep unless I can do so with my mouth closed. Strange and true.
Loved your list!
Debbie
What a great idea! I might have to steal it at some point this week. Oh, and I totally stuff klenex up my nose sometimes too, it totally helps make me feel less sick!
Debbie
That is so funny – but not funny! I guess you hate spiders as much as i do!
Thanks for letting me get to know you more! ♥

AH! another spoon pasta eater! woot!
I love that you wear only one sock!
I hate feet too and actually command people to stop touching their feet sometimes – it's really hard when strangers pick their toes in front of me… haha
