The gourmet crisps are hand made entirely of 100% USA made Parmesan cheese and are wheat free, gluten free, sugar and trans fat free. The 3″ wafers come available in 8 different flavors and the new aged Parmesan mini crisps come in a 49g bag.
Our goal was to create a Gourmet product that would satisfy even the most discerning palate while meeting diverse nutritional requirements. What we ended up with was a product that was Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Trans Fat Free, Sugar Free, Rich in Calcium and Protein, Naturally Low in Calories and Carbs. We never wavered from our philosophy that The Kitchen Table Bakers™ would use only the highest quality aged cheeses and seasonings.
The 3″ crisps come in a well packaged container that protected the product very well from breakage. In the 3oz container only 2 crisps were broken and the rest were in perfect condition. Clearly labeled is “Wheat, Gluten & Sugar Free” on the front as well as again on the back of the labeling. The mini crisps come in a well protected, zip lock seal-able bag with the same gluten free clear labeling.
Texture and Taste:
I don’t know how Kitchen Table Bakers™ are able to do it but the texture of both the wafers and mini crisps are both crunchy and creamy! The mix of the two textures is a new one for me and I really like it! The Sesame Parmesan Crisps have a wonderful texture between the creamy and crispy cheese and the bite of the sesame seeds. The two flavors blend together great and left my mouth with a powerful, but not overwhelming taste of Parmesan. The Kitchen Table Bakers™ define the Crisps and Mini Crisps as “A Natural Decadence” and they are just that – decadent!
