Well, Kinnikinnick scores again with these wonderful chocolate chip cookies. This product is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, yeast free, corn free and nut free but is FULL of flavor!
When I was eating casein free as well as gluten free these cookies saved my sanity. It can be hard enough to find a delicious gluten free cookie – but here is one that is free from many allergens but still tastes like a gluten filled/casein filled cookie. I try not to buy these too often because I can literally go through them in an alarming speed – it could be a sport for me. These cookies are like bite sized pieces of gold that have an amazing texture and great crunch. I have heard some people say they have a small hint of aftertaste to them, but honestly I have never tasted it. This cookies is as good as i rememebr a Mr. Christie cookie being.
I am looking forward to trying out what else Kinnikinnick can come up with.
