boom CHOCO boom™ bars are made with dairy free rice milk and free from casein, gluten and nuts. Three flavors include rice milk bar, crispy rice bar and dark chocolate bar.
Rice Milk Bar:
This chocolate bar reminded me of any simple chocolate bar. I could not tell that it was free from casein which is amazing. When I first went casein free I longed for a chocolate bar that I could eat while breastfeeding my youngest (who has a casein intolerance) and this bar would have been a lifesaver a year ago.
Crispy Rice Milk Bar:
This chocolate bar was my favourite! Reminded me a lot of the crispy chocolate bars i got to eat when I was younger (and not eating gluten free) and I had yet to find a chocolate bar with the same texture of the crispy rice that had no malt flavoring in it. This chocolate bar does not make me feel like I am eating an allergy free bar.
Dark Chocolate Bar:
I am not usually a huge fan of dark chocolate so I tested this one with that in mind. It tastes just like dark chocolate though – even with no dairy in it. My kids and husband both enjoyed this chocolate bar (they like the taste of dark chocolate).
For anyone who has to eat gluten and casein free these chocolate bars are incredible & even for someone who does not have to be on the gfcf diet will enjoy these chocolate bars. A great product!
