We all have crazy busy lives. Running from one place to the next and often times needing to eat on the go – especially during the hectic morning times. Living on a gluten free diet can at times feel limiting as far as quick and easy snacks. We do a lot of apple slices, veggie slices and chips but sometimes you want something that will fill you up AND keep you going.
That’s where eggs come in. Naturally gluten free and full of protein hard boiled eggs have been a hunger beat down for my husband. Every Sunday I hard boil one dozen eggs – I ‘decorate’ them so I don’t get them mixed up with eggs that have not been cooked. You can keep the eggs safely in the refrigerator for up to one week in the shell or already shelled for quicker access.
& they are crazy cute.
