Remember way back in the first week of #MileMonday when I asked you guys how to keep “the girls” happy. Being ‘well endowed’ I had to wear 3 bras while running just to keep everything settled.
It was not cool, not cute and certainly not working.
One of the reasons I love documenting this so much is because you people are smart! Your suggestions have kept me going & kept me motivated & a few of you suggested the Enell bra for the running bra for well-endowed women for a bra that would be good for me.
Boy lovelies were you right!
The amazing people at Enell sent me an Enell Sports Bra in my size and for the past 2 weeks I have been testing it out.
I am in love. Not even kidding. In love. I am a 34 DDD & nursing so at times I can get slightly engorged – which can make walking painful. I have had back pain, shoulder pain & neck pain from carrying these girls around & my ribs would hurt so bad after a run. When the Enell bra states “The Bounce Stops Here” <– they were not kidding.

This bra is my suit of armor when I am running. It keeps everything in place, fits perfectly & no where hurts at the end of the run anymore. This bra saved my running motivation. Not kidding. I can now run faster and longer and it is amazing how much lighter i feel.
Week 6:
3x/week
Ran: 3.5 miles
Walked: 4.5 miles
Ab Workout: 40 min
Cardio Workout: 30 min
This week has been another ridiculously cold & snowy week so I have had to do a lot of cross training.

I havn’t tried that one, but I really like the Impact Free by Royce Lingerie. It’s from England and can be ordered from Bravissimo.com or found on Ebay. Goes to a K cup!

Ive not heard of that brand – will have to go check them out — Thanks!
I just bought an Enell but haven’t tried it out yet. {lazy bones}
But I’m glad to read your review, it validates my decision to buy such a spendy sports bra.

Hey! I found you through Blair’s McFatty Monday! I too, have some big boobs and have to wear 2 sports bras to keep them in place while working out. Thanks for the Enell review! I will check them out!
I have considered going gluten-free, but I’m afraid it’ll be too hard for my bread and pasta loving self. I might try it for a week and see if I like it!

Hi Jessica! Nice to have you over here. & i feel you with the big boobs – i was wearing 2 regular bras + a sports bra. So glad i found something that works well!
Oh there are GREAT substitutions for Gfree bread and pasta — are you looking to go gluten free for health reasons or more of a diet thing?
Hope to see you here again soon
