I can’t believe it has been over a week since I have posted here. You know, I think that might be an ‘absent’ record since I started this blog. Terrible! I have been in a transition of where my ‘office’ is and between that and all this other stuff going on — things slide.
Good news though — I now have my own office at home! I went from sitting on the couch to the bedroom to now my own room (with a lock on the door) over the past month. Wanting my own space has been something I have been dreaming about forever. A space to put my things down, a space for me to shut the door and a place that I can be creative and not step on kid toys. I am so thankful we have been able to make this work — for the time being anyway.
I am hoping that once all the dust settles and this space gets set up to ideal working conditions that everything will be back to regularly scheduled programming. I have been trying to find that perfect balance (or at least some sort of balance) between this motherhood & work-from-home thing — it can be a challenge sometimes but I think we are getting into the right groove.
Since I haven’t updated the blog in over a week I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss a few fun posts I’ve written elsewhere –

I will once it’s all finished — nothing fancy but it’s perfect!
Having your own space is wonderful. That’s my goal for this year!

It’s so wonderful (i even shared a bedroom and lockers in school – this is the first time it’s all mine!) — I hope you’re able to get your own space soon.
