
Grilled Peanut Butter Circles Dipped In Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- 4 slices gluten free bread
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter or peanut butter substitute
- spray oil; butter or margarine
- Jam
Directions
- If using margarine or butter melt in a pan over medium-high heat. If using spray oil spray pan and heat to medium-high
- make your peanut butter sandwich like you normally would (bread, pb, bread)
- Place on the heated pan & flip when pan-side is a golden brown; repeat for other side
- To make things more fun for the kids use a cookie cutter to make into cute shapes
- Offer jam/jelly flavor to your liking for fun dipping
