Gluten Free Vegan Nachos

Ingredients:

  • Homemade nacho chips
  • Homemade black bean dip
  • Vegan “cheese” (I use Daiya)
  • onion; chopped
  • green pepper; chopped
  • tomatoes; cubed
  • hot peppers (optional)
  • olives (optional)

Directions

  1. Top nacho chips with bean dip, cheese and veggies to your preference
  2. heat in microwave until cheese is melted — or if using a pan place in preheated oven (425F) until cheese is melted and chips have browned a bit
