
Ingredients:
- Homemade nacho chips
- Homemade black bean dip
- Vegan “cheese” (I use Daiya)
- onion; chopped
- green pepper; chopped
- tomatoes; cubed
- hot peppers (optional)
- olives (optional)
Directions
- Top nacho chips with bean dip, cheese and veggies to your preference
- heat in microwave until cheese is melted — or if using a pan place in preheated oven (425F) until cheese is melted and chips have browned a bit
