
Gluten Free Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients
- 12 slices gluten free bread
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until smooth
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat
- Drench a piece of gluten free bread one at a time in the egg mixture and place on griddle. Cook until light brown and flip over and repeat. Continue for each slice of bread
- Serve warm with maple syrup, jam and/or sprinkles of icing sugar
