Gluten Free French Toast

Gluten Free Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients

  • 12 slices gluten free bread
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until smooth
  2. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat
  3. Drench a piece of gluten free bread one at a time in the egg mixture and place on griddle. Cook until light brown and flip over and repeat. Continue for each slice of bread
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup, jam and/or sprinkles of icing sugar
