- Tostada shells
- Meat option: Mexican seasoned ground beef
- Vegan option: Black Bean Dip
- lettuce; thinly sliced
- sweet onion; chopped
- tomatoes; cubed
- green pepper; cubed
- hot pepper (optional)
- olives (optional)
- cheddar cheese ; shredded / vegan ‘cheese’ ; shredded
- sour cream / vegan sour cream
- prepare meat or vegan bean dip according to recipe; chop all veggies
- top tostada shell with sour cream then meat/bean topping then add veggies and top with sour cream and cheese.
- Repeat for remaining tostadas.
