
Ingredients:
- leaf lettuce; chopped
- cherry tomatoes
- green pepper; cut into cubes
- sweet onion; chopped
- 1lb ground beef
- taco seasoning
- gluten free nacho chips; crushed
- cheddar cheese; grated
- (optional: ranch dressing)
Directions:
- Over medium heat cook ground beef until browned & add taco seasoning stirring to distribute evenly.
- Mix together lettuce, tomatoes, onion and green pepper
- Top veggies with ground beef mix, cheddar cheese & crushed nacho chips. (optional: & ranch dressing)
