Gluten Free Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8oz /1 cup) cream cheese
  • 1 container ( 8oz /1 cup) sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning (gluten free)
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 green onion; chopped

Directions:

  1. In a heat proof dish spread refried beans in a thin layer at the bottom of the dish
  2. In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream and  taco seasoning until well combined and layer on top of refried beans
  3. Layer salsa then cheese and top with green onion
  4. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted
  5. Serve with tortilla chips
