Gluten Free Sweet & Sour Pork (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients:

  • pork chops; cubed
  • 1 cup gluten free bbq sauce
  • 2 cups gluten free chicken broth
  • 1 cup instant rice; uncooked
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 1 red pepper; cubed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker add pork, bbq sauce, broth, onion and pineapple.  Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours
  2. Next stir in the  instant rice and red pepper; cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes
