Ingredients:
- pork chops; cubed
- 1 cup gluten free bbq sauce
- 2 cups gluten free chicken broth
- 1 cup instant rice; uncooked
- 1 onion; chopped
- 1 red pepper; cubed
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Directions:
- In a slow cooker add pork, bbq sauce, broth, onion and pineapple. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours
- Next stir in the instant rice and red pepper; cover and cook for an additional 20 minutes
