
Gluten Free Sausage Pasta With Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
- 3 cooked gluten free sausages
- 1 package gluten free corn penne noodles
- 1 sweet onion; chopped
- 1/4 cup butter (or vegan margarine)
- 1 red pepper; cubed
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter and add chopped onions.
- Slice the sausage in half length wise then chop into cubes and add with the onion; saute for 5-7 minutes
- Add in the garlic and red pepper; stir and saute for another 2-5 minutes
- When pasta is cooked and drained add into the skillet and stir mixing the veggies and pasta together
- Plate and serve warm
