Gluten Free Sausage Pasta With Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 3 cooked gluten free sausages
  • 1 package gluten free corn penne noodles
  • 1 sweet onion; chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter (or vegan margarine)
  • 1 red pepper; cubed
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter and add chopped onions.
  3. Slice the sausage in half length wise then chop into cubes and add with the onion; saute for 5-7 minutes
  4. Add in the garlic and red pepper; stir and saute for another 2-5 minutes
  5. When pasta is cooked and drained add into the skillet and stir mixing the veggies and pasta together
  6. Plate and serve warm
