When I tell someone that we’re on a gluten-free diet at home, I am often asked what we eat. I can say that when I first went on the diet, I was worried that our meals would be boring, that they would be limited and difficult to keep things fresh and new.
Guess what? There are a lot of meals that are naturally gluten-free or just in need of slight modification. They’re not any more expensive than a regular meal and they are perfect for the busy family — only taking on average 30 minutes to prepare and cook.
