Gluten Free Maple Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh salmon
  • 3 Tbs gluten free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and pepper in a small bowl; stir to evenly mix
  2. Place salmon in a small baking dish and pour sauce mixture over top; refrigerate for 1 hour
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  4. Place baking dish in preheated oven & cook for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily
