Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh salmon
- 3 Tbs gluten free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic and pepper in a small bowl; stir to evenly mix
- Place salmon in a small baking dish and pour sauce mixture over top; refrigerate for 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Place baking dish in preheated oven & cook for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily
