Gluten Free Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados; peeled, pitted & mashed
  • 1 lime; juiced
  • 1/2 cup onion; diced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro; minced
  • 2 roma tomatoes; diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic; minced

Directions

  1. In a bowl add mashed avocado and remaining ingredients & stir together
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until serving time
  3. Serve with gluten free tortillas

Enjoy!

Oh my this sounds delicious. I love guacamole and am always looking for a good recipe. I haven’t tryed much gluten free yet, but am seeing it everywhere now. I’m quite interested in trying some recipes. Thanks for sharing so many! Now I have lots to choose from!

Guacamole is almost always naturally gluten free so there really is no difference in this recipe. It truly is awesome! Let me know what you think!

Kristin – thanks so much :) & yes the guac is SO GOOD you dont need chips – just spoon or a clean hand — ha!
