With Big P starting school in September I am looking for the tastiest, cheapest and easiest gluten free bread (either from mix, bought or homemade) that will be a staple in his daily lunches. I have been on the hunt and have found the best gluten free bread, hands down anywhere. My brother (who also has Celiac Disease) also says this is the best bread he has ever had. What is it? Home Baked Bread using Kinnikinnick’s Kinni-Kwik Bread & Bun Mix.
Keep Reading for directions:
Kinni-Kwik Bread & Bun Mix is gluten free, casein free and yeast free and is so simple to bake! All you do is mix 3 parts mix to one part water or dairy free substitute (I used almond milk).
Then using a hand mixer blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes (make sure to time your mixing time – it’s important):
Pour the mix into a bread pan and bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes. Remember since this is also yeast free there is no time wasted waiting for the yeast to rise. Mix, bake and you’re set!
