
Garlic-Rosemary Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic; minced
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary; finely chopped
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients & mix together well
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Gluten Free BLT Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of gluten free bread (I used Kinnikinnick White Sandwich Bread)
- 1 slice of fresh ripe tomato
- 2 slices of cooked bacon; cut in half
- 2 leaves of green leaf lettuce
- 1 tsp of garlic-rosemary mayonnaise
Directions:
- Spread mayo on one side of gluten free bread slice
- Top with tomato slice; bacon and lettuce
- Place second slice of bread on top; cut in half
