Gluten Free BLT Sandwich with Garlic-Rosemary Mayo

Garlic-Rosemary Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic; minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary; finely chopped

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients & mix together well
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Gluten Free BLT Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of gluten free bread (I used Kinnikinnick White Sandwich Bread)
  • 1 slice of fresh ripe tomato
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon; cut in half
  • 2 leaves of green leaf lettuce
  • 1 tsp of garlic-rosemary mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Spread mayo on one side of gluten free bread slice
  2. Top with tomato slice; bacon and lettuce
  3. Place second slice of bread on top; cut in half
