Gluten free baking doesn’t have to be as complicated and expensive as some would think. Just taking a few quick pre-planning steps and you’re on your way to making nearly anything you did before eating gluten-free. There is no need to have a large cupboard filled with obscure ingredients just so you can enjoy the food you did before and make main-stream recipes.

Making your own all-purpose gluten free flour is easy. Just put together these ingredients and use the mix cup for cup to any gluten-containing recipe.

- 6 cups rice flour
- 2 cups potato starch
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons guar gum
- In a large container, mix all ingredients together
Enjoy!

Great, thanks!! I’ve been looking for something like this so we can continue baking as we move to a gluten-free (mostly) life.
