Sometimes it can be hard to make a quick and easy gluten free dessert. Sometimes you really NEED dessert too. I have some peanut butter cookies that I make often when we need a little treat but I was on the hunt for something else as well.
I wanted something quick, yummy and different. Filling, but not cake. I came up with Gluten Free Dessert Pizza.

Apple Pie Pizza:
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped apple
- 2 Tbs Cinnamon
- 2 Tbs white sugar
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dairy free margarine
Directions:
- combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed
- place in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes

Cherry Hazelnut Chocolate Pizza:
Ingredients:
- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling {or make your own}
- Hazelnut chocolate spread {NOT casein free}
Prepping Your Dessert Pizza:
Ingredients:
- 2 Kinnikinnick Personal Size Pizza Crusts
- casein free margarine
- cinnamon sugar (2 Tbs cinnamon mixed with 2 Tbs sugar)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Spread margarine on pizza crust and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar blend
- Place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes
- Remove from ovenApple pie pizza:
spread apple pie mixture on the pizza crust – covering evenly
Cherry Hazelnut Chocolate Pizza
spread cherry pie filling evenly along pizza and drizzle the hazelnut chocolate spread over top - Place prepared pizzas back into the preheated oven for an additional 5-8 minutes until crust is golden
- Let cool, cut, serve and ENJOY!
