Easy Low Salt Home Fried Nacho Chips

I am not a fan of super salty chips.  I love my nachos but i find the all the salt on them ruins it for me.  here is my solution:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of gluten free corn soft tortillas
  • vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a safe pan or using a deep fryer
  2. Cut tortillas into quarters
  3. When oil is heated add a few quarters of tortilla at a time & fry for about 1 minute or until crispy
  4. Remove and plate on paper towel to soak excess oil; repeat for remaining chips
