
I am not a fan of super salty chips. I love my nachos but i find the all the salt on them ruins it for me. here is my solution:
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of gluten free corn soft tortillas
- vegetable oil
Directions:
- Heat oil in a safe pan or using a deep fryer
- Cut tortillas into quarters
- When oil is heated add a few quarters of tortilla at a time & fry for about 1 minute or until crispy
- Remove and plate on paper towel to soak excess oil; repeat for remaining chips
