This recipe is a huge favourite around here. Not only are they amazingly super cookies, they are quick, I always have the ingredients and they are simple enough for my 4 and 3 year old to make with me.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheets with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended
- Spoon mixture onto cookie sheets into small balls and press with a fork
- Place 2-4 chocolate chips onto each cookie
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
These cookies are naturally gluten free and only take 15 minutes from start to finish – and they are SO GOOD!
