Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is a huge favourite around here.  Not only are they amazingly super cookies, they are quick, I always have the ingredients and they are simple enough for my 4 and 3 year old to make with me.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • chocolate chips

    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheets with parchment paper
    2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended
    3. Spoon mixture onto cookie sheets into small balls and press with a fork
    4. Place 2-4 chocolate chips onto each cookie
    5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
    These cookies are naturally gluten free and only take 15 minutes from start to finish – and they are SO GOOD!
