This week has been a busy one. Lots of ideas swirling in my brain on how to make this space even more me. Sharing photos of the kids for the first time and launching new names that they have picked out themselves. I finally re-wrote my ‘about me‘ page which is always hard to do — I am so not good at talking about myself. That and it’s kind of hard to pick out the things about you that won’t totally scare someone off if they are here for the first time.
I have also been doing a lot of ‘Babbling’ this week:
Felt very old reminiscing over things our kids will never experience
I worried about my kids self-esteem & how to protect and grow it
Shared the phrases that parents say over and over — we’re not alone!
Rounded up YOUR list of irritating things parents do
Found a super awesome video of an 8-year-old rocking out
Rounded up some fascinating breastfeeding campaigns
Found a video of 4 pregnant sisters dancing like nobody’s business
Laughed at the crazy things pregnancy brain made women do
Gathered up great advice from moms who have been there
Spotlighted a campaign that is working to raise awareness of stillbirth risks
